Introduction

Obviously, discipline is essential to build any remarkable achievements, however it’s not discipline you lack to get started on your journey. It’s something else.

You lack purpose. You lack reason
You lack a reason to improve yourself. You see, discipline is nothing more than sacrifice. In order to reach a bigger purpose, you sacrifice time, unhealthy food, Netflix nights, time with your partner, whatever it may be.

So why should you sacrifice ANYTHING if you have nothing to sacrifice it for?

Lesson 1
How to apply that Knowledge

Now you know what you lack. Good. But how do you find your purpose now?

Listen, this is not about forcing yourself into the worst conditions ever without a purpose. All these disciplined giants like:

David Goggins
Wim Hof
& Elon Musk

Whoever it may be. These people aren’t inhuman. They just have a bigger purpose than you do.
In order to find something, that pushes you equally, you need to leave your comfort zone.
Leaving your comfort zone and trying out new stuff is the only possibility you will find anything you haven’t discovered yet, that inspires you enough to get up in the morning and chase after your goal. It may be wealth, yes, as for many of you.

However, what could also drive your motivation, can be a hobby, a sport, an instrument, maybe even a job or a trip through Europe, you want to finance.

Every single person has an enormous potential for something, that he or she may have not found yet.

Discomfort is where growth lies. It's in those uncomfortable conversations, in those moments of uncertainty, where we learn the most about ourselves and the world around us.
